Languages | Adriana Porras is of counsel to Castro & Pal Abogados. She has a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property and Information Law from the University of Houston Ms. Porras joined the firm in 1995, and served as Head of the Intellectual Property Department from 1999 to 2002, when she moved to Houston, Texas. She is a member of the Center for International legal Studies, where she serves as contributor. She is the author of the Costa Rican Chapter on “World Intellectual Property Rights and Remedies” and “Trademark Practice and Forms”, published by Oceana Publications. | |
